In order to support the evolution of the EPCOR brand, Johnston Research was involved in a two-stage brand evaluation and advertising assessment with members of the public, EPCOR employees and EPCOR corporate customers.
The first stage of the research was exploratory, engaging the general public (Edmontonians) and EPCOR employees to investigate current perceptions of the organization and exploring the different factors which influence opinions of EPCOR.
Based on initial research findings, potential creative material and brand executions were developed by RED The Agency and shared with members of the public, EPCOR employees and EPCOR corporate customers. Research evaluated reactions to the proposed material, investigating how the material influenced perceptions of the organization. Research findings were used to support the evolution of the EPCOR brand strategy and application.
